Lynchburg aLIVE is a nonprofit committed to empowering individuals, restoring families, and transforming communities across the Lynchburg and surrounding areas.
We believe true impact goes beyond meeting an immediate need. Our mission is to educate, equip, and empower. We walk alongside people at every stage of life so they can move forward with purpose, confidence, and direction.

Guiding youth and young adults away from destructive paths through mentorship, accountability, and life skills training before they need a way out.

Ricardo Reeves serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Lynchburg aLIVE and Jabbok Men’s Support Group, where he leads with vision, purpose, and a deep commitment to transforming lives within the community. As a passionate advocate for empowerment and positive change, Ricardo works to develop programs and partnerships that address real needs while creating pathways for individuals and families to thrive.
Through his leadership, Lynchburg aLIVE continues to expand its impact by bringing people, resources, and opportunities together to strengthen Lynchburg and surrounding areas. Ricardo is dedicated to inspiring hope, collaboration, and building initiatives that not only meet immediate needs but also create lasting change. His leadership reflects a belief that when communities unite with purpose, they can uplift lives and create a stronger future for everyone.
