We believe true impact goes beyond meeting an immediate need. Our mission is to educate, equip, and empower people at every stage of life so they can move forward with purpose, confidence, and direction.
From after-school mentorship and men's restoration to family empowerment and community outreach, everything we do is rooted in one goal: to help people become better so they can thrive and give back to their communities.

What We Stand For
Prevention
Guiding youth and young adults away from destructive paths through mentorship, accountability, and life skills training before they need a way out.
Restoration
Walking with men and families through healing. From incarceration and trauma to forgiveness and identity, helping them step back into who they were made to be.
Empowerment
Equipping individuals with the tools, education, and support they need: housing, employment, financial literacy, and long-term life planning.

Ricardo Reeves serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Lynchburg aLIVE and Jabbok Men's Support Group, where he leads with vision, purpose, and a deep commitment to transforming lives within the community.
As a passionate advocate for empowerment and positive change, Ricardo works to develop programs and partnerships that address real needs while creating pathways for individuals and families to thrive.
Through his leadership, Lynchburg aLIVE continues to expand its impact by bringing people, resources, and opportunities together to strengthen Lynchburg and surrounding areas. Ricardo is dedicated to inspiring hope, collaboration, and building initiatives that not only meet immediate needs but also create lasting change.
